Liberty Towers Community COVID-19 Test Center

In partnership with Sacramento County, this is a PCR, self-administered test performed under the supervision of trained assistants.

No test will be performed without COLOR registration being completed.

This testing is FREE for EVERYONE:
-2 years old and up
-with or without insurance 
-regardless of immigration status
 
-NOT a drive-thru 
-NOT for travel or surgery clearance 
-NOT for people who have tested positive within the last 90 days 
(If you need clearance to get back to work, please reach out to us over phone or email so we can provide you a Department of Public Health self-attestation document for your employer)
-NOT for people with SEVERE symptoms ON THE DAY of the test – please cancel your appointment if you experience severe symptoms on the morning of your test and contact a healthcare provider.

NOTE: It’s important for our Public Health Department to collect data from program users to learn how to best serve in this time of need. However, most questions are optional and can be bypassed by answering “I prefer no to say” or “no”. The required information for your COLOR registration is Name, Phone Number, City, ZIP CODE.
